Not quite as powerful as the LaMagneto Pro/X devices, the LaMagneto is ITech’s mid-range, home-PEMF system. It certainly still packs a punch at a maximum intensity of 1-300 GAUSS. Still far more powerful than any other similarly priced professional systems. It is a UK/EU registered Class 2 Medical Device.

Up to 150 gauss per channel (300 gauss max simultaneous intensity.) 2 channels. That means 2 plugs - to run 2 PEMF applicators at the same time..

The current state of clinical knowledge, achieved by unifying 2400 independent global studies over the past 20 years (Research Sources: Here), is that a PEMF field intensity of 10-100 gauss (1-10 MilliTesla), provides the most effective intensity for effective treatment.
All our devices operate across this range (and higher if required), and are individually programmable too. So you can choose your own intensity. You can do that yourself or we can help you. All included and all part of the service!
For the most intensive treatment a maximum 300 gauss intensity is achieved through simultaneous use of both small applicators at a single site.

We purchased this device to help with my arthritic knee. I feel it was a good purchase though its hard to judge. I read that for arthritis it slows down degradation - not cures it - so I think thats how best to assess it. It is clever equipment because you can do 2 people at once if you sit next to each other. So I use it on the Arthritis setting with one pad and my wife uses it at the same time on another one for her tennis elbow. We could both use it separately but as we use it for 2 hours each time that is a bonus - it doesn’t take up the whole day to do 2 of us!!
My doctor told me to use PEMF therapy. Now I use it for the same health condition. These guys were very nice and sent it quickly. I was worried that parcels go missing as there are more than 100 apartments in my student building - they helped me by telling the delivery company to telephone me. Thankyou.

I think this is helping my dads Rheumatism and more than he lets on. He is not very communicative or cooperative but he does use the Magneto himself daily without prompting which is surprising in itself and the swelling in his hands and arms is definitely less already after a few weeks.
