The current state of clinical knowledge, achieved by unifying 2400 independent global studies over the past 20 years (Research Sources: Here), is that a PEMF field intensity of 10-100 gauss (1-10 MilliTesla), provides the most effective intensity for effective treatment.
All our devices operate across this range (and higher if required), and are individually programmable too. So you can choose your own intensity. You can do that yourself or we can help you.

For the most intensive treatment a maximum 400 gauss intensity is achieved through simultaneous use of both small applicators at a single site. When using the mat the 400 gauss is spread over the entire mat area so the intensity at any one point is of course less than on the smaller belt applicators.
HOW THE PEMF HIRE SYSTEM WORKS
It’s really easy:
When you checkout - you’ll be asked to create an account. This enables us to bill you monthly for the duration of your hire. Then you simply checkout as normal and we take the first months payment.
You only commit for a month at a time so no long term contracts. After you have paid your first months hire - you simply decide at the end of each month to either:- Continue renting the device for another month and we will automatically collect the next months payment.
- Or Return it to us Simply box it up and send it back - and we’ll cancel the next payment at the end of the current rental period once everything is received back with us in good order! AND if you select EXPRESS DELIVERY at checkout we will also arrange collection of the device from you at the end of your hire - no extra charge.

Small Print (well same size print!)
You’ll only be expected to reimburse us if you lose or seriously damage the equipment. Fair ‘wear and tear’ is acceptable of course. (The equipment is very rugged by the way.) We play fair and like to keep things simple too!
We both commit to a hire agreement so everyone is clear about responsibilities we all have … on both sides!
Things like returning the equipment on the due dates etc and packing it up properly and safely for its return journey to us, that sort of thing!
And what you can expect from us: help if you can’t get it set up right or speedy support if think there might be a fault! That sort of thing!

A real pleasure. Thank you Andy for your time and patient understanding of my condition. I have Fibro and CFS . I had read that PEMF can reduce inflammation and pain. That has been my experience I am now pleased to say. The equipment was a big difficult to set up at first but then it was easy. I use the mattress about 6 hours a day and I definitely notice pain has gone down - hopefully more energy will come along soon too!
Back pain and meds for many years. Bothered by amount of drugs I’m taking. This device has really helped with pain relief. Goes everywhere with me. Shame it needs plugging in! I almost didnt buy it as was expensive and there’s no guarantee it will work. I persevered and reckon it took 3 weeks for it to make a difference. Tough case and very well made too.
This really helps with mums arthritis. The whole renting process from ordering through to delivery was rather good and reassuring - I spoke to a gentleman there for over half an hour so knew what settings to use when it arrived. I had intended to buy one but the rental option was a reassuring ‘way in’ as I had not used PMF before. I will probably now save my pennies to buy one for her.
Thank-you for recommending the magneto-pro-mat combo. It has helped me already and given me some real hope that I can have a much better quality of life. I came across Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy whilst researching MS pain relief modalities. You may have seen this one: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34238526/ It has made such an immediate difference so I am very pleased. I have limited mobility so the mat is very helpful. I tend to run it on the neuropathy program and also the pain program. I think it was the right decision to increase the device intensity to maximum for me. I know you said it might not increase the treatment effectiveness but I genuinely think it has done in my case.
I have a mitochondrial/ATP deficiency condition which means I cannot recover from exercise - days to recover from even walking up stairs once. It was interesting what you said about blood and circulation and cellular energising - I can honestly say I would not have the energy to even write this review if it was not for PMF. Very satisfied - I’m now thinking that this is the way to go.

My son has dystonic cerebral palsy, and his tone is high. He has a lot of trouble falling asleep due to the high tone. This mat was recommended by another family, and they said it has really helped with relaxing their child. They even used the mat at night. I didn't want to get my hopes up but we have already managed to move to 8 hours overnight on 40 Gauss and 1Hz and he slept really well. I thought it was a fluke after a couple of days, but even last night, when he had a cold and had trouble going to sleep, he still slept through after I got him off. I rented the mat so we could try it for a month, and at the end of the month we have now decided to purchase it.
